Careers
Grey Court provides students with high quality careers and employability education. We are proud to say that we have met the national Quality in Careers Standard and are committed to re-assessment every three years. We are recognised as an Investor in Careers school and our careers policy is fully in line with the Gatsby benchmarks for careers education.
We have a flourishing careers programme which provides advice and guidance to students on post 16 and post 18 education and employment opportunities. The careers team facilitates work experience placements and arranges visits to further and higher education institutions to stretch our students’ horizons. We provide a personalised careers service to each student to account for their individual strengths and interests.
Due to a talk you organised, I am now doing an apprenticeship in risk and compliance. Thank you for giving us opportunities and encouraging us to explore unconventional routes, not just university.

We employ a range of methods to deliver high quality careers education. These include dedicated tutor times, assemblies, activity days, PDW (personal development and wellbeing) lessons, and career specific events involving local and national employers. We also arrange numerous visits to colleges and universities.
