Sixth Form Careers Entitlement

The Sixth Form and careers team work hard to provide year 12 and 13 with a range of opportunities and support to students with their future. Careers education in Grey Court is provided in a range of ways; in PDW, enrichment, Tutor times, assemblies, activity days, various events and during lessons. Students have an entitlement to careers education and advice and what is provided can be found below:

Miss Corrighan, our Careers Adviser, sees students for individual careers interviews in school. She can give impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) about colleges/6th forms, work, apprenticeships, university and your career ideas. To make an appointment with Miss Corrighan you can sign up by speaking to your form tutor, phase leader or student support officer or can email on bcorrighan@greycourt.org.uk

Work experience

Careers research

Students will use a useful resource called Unifrog throughout year 12 and 13. This started as a University search website but now has access to careers information, apprenticeships, university courses, CV template and a personality quiz. Students will use this to help them write their personal statement as well as search for their post 18 options. The school will provide username and password details, to log in go to:
