Parents & Carers

We are extremely proud of the careers programme we offer in Grey Court. In 2018 we were re-accredited with the National Quality in Careers Award: "Investor in Careers" which is valid for three years. This highlights our commitment to careers education and employability and highlights the outstanding careers provision in the school.

We have a Careers Programme which is guided by our Careers Policy and aims to follow the government recommended Gatsby benchmarks:

  1. A stable careers programme
  2. Learning from career and labour market information
  3. Addressing the needs of each student
  4. Linking curriculum learning to careers
  5. Encounters with employers and employees
  6. Experience of workplaces
  7. Encounters with further and higher education
  8. Personal Guidance
