Careers Advice

In 2018 Grey Court was re-accredited with the National Quality in Careers Award: "Investor in Careers" which is valid for three years. This highlights our commitment to careers education and employability and highlights the outstanding careers provision in the school. The Careers team consists of Mr Poole (Head of Careers & Vocational Education), Miss Holmes (Careers & Enterprise), Miss Andrews (KS4 work experience) and Miss Bernie Corrighan (Careers Adviser).

Bernie Corrighan, our Careers Adviser, sees students for individual careers interviews on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bernie can give impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) about colleges/6th forms, work, apprenticeships, university and your career ideas. To make an appointment with Bernie you can sign up by speaking to your form tutor, phase leader or student support officer. Parents/carers can email on bcorrighan@greycourt.org.uk

To log in go to https://www.startprofile.com/ and create your profile where you will rate your skills and qualities and also log any careers-related activities. It’s a great place to find out about future jobs and start to think about your future.
